Finally we have summer, or do we?
It has been raining a lot and the wind, OMG the wind..
It’s really nice to see how nature wakes up, but the windy weather ruins my open fire cooking method.

On the bright side I must say, that this pointy little bastards, mosquitoes have been struggling with in the wind.
Summer is great time here up north, because sun won’t go down when it’s sunny.

I have noticed from myself and people around me, that we enjoy EVERY DAY like it’s a last summer day and let’s be honest, it might be.
If there is heat and sunny, every one goes to the beach, park and outdoors.

People in Arctic areas must have that one thing common.

I bought this drink when I was roaming on the sunny streets of my home town.
Funny story. I was enjoying my taco meal and Mr. bartender walks next to me carrying this drink to some gentlemen in the next table.
Immediately I stopped the guy and asked the same drink, wasn’t disappointed must say.

The best fast food is chicken halloumi salad.
Can’t still use open fire pit, but the next best thing is charcoal grill.
Salad is just chopped and seasoned and chicken has some herbs and garlic.

This delicious snack takes about half an hour to get on to the plate, not bad right?

Evening time without a bonfire is difficult outside, because of the mosquitoes.
Delightful way of escaping those, is going indoors.

Tapas is great way of enjoying the evening. On the photo is few options to enjoy with wine.

I have always been easily distracted by the power of the small snacks.
Easy to guess why I just love tapas table.
