Okay, heading said it all.. When I have terrible hangover, I need to go punish myself in the gym.
I know, I know… all you little M.D’s out there shouting: THATS NOT HEALTHY!! YOU CAN HAVE A HEART ATTACK!
Sure, but good sweat has always been the most effective way of removing hungover, sorry boys and girls.
I had a chest day. Recently I have jumped from the 3reps to the 10reps and oh my sweet Jesus how horrible change this has been. Feels like my soul is trying to get out of my body..
I have re-started the workout after the short break. Well not so short, more like two years, because my back has been killing me.
After the restart I have lost already 15 pound, and must say I feel more energized than I have felt in years. Still another -15 pounds waits for me, so no “backsies”
The eating habit has not returned to the normal, because of summertime and non-stop BBQ/Beer drinking, but I must brace myself… winter is coming!
There is one silver lining in training at summertime. Almost every time I can train by myself, because there is only handful of people who shares the passion at the warm weather.
Back to hungover.
Here is my “proTip” and the cure!
1. Heavy breakfast! Shitton of iceberg salad with lemonade and greasy stuff. Beans, eggs, fruits, but most important is that salad, and you must eat the whole bush.
2. Heavy sweat! Gym, sex, running, etc. No matter what, but you have to feel exhausted.
