That’s crazy, right..? I mean the price.. it’s over two euros (€) /kWh … I ain’t no mathematical genius, but if you for example have a house warming system which uses electricity (pretty normal in Finland) daily price is 200-300€ / day!!! That’s unreal Brah!
It would be cheaper to shutdown the house and check in to the hotel… Just saying..
On the other news, we have coldest time of the year going on. It’s been around -32°C (25.6°F) for several days already. News told that the coldest point in here was today -45°C and that’s cold.

I have solar panels on the roof of my house, but ain’t no helping right now because sun still won’t rise in a month. I do burn wood in my house to keep it warm, and I burn a lot of candles in the house.
This life on the north side of the Arctic Circle is hard enough without that kind of electricity prices.

Well “party” it was so cold outside that no chance to stay outdoors more than about twenty minutes… and still got butt frozen.
I know that SOMEONE is making shitton of money with this pricing system. If Baltic pool system stays about the same in the Nordic lands, I have no idea where this comes from. Good for you, who ever you are.
I can lower my electric usage to almost nothing and that’s tough thing to do in the Arctic areas, but we’ll manage as always. We are tough son of b*itches!
Freeze ya later!
