Oh snap, what a session!

“Another day, another dollar short” - Michael Monroe

There I was, wondering what to do. Pretty normal day problems, must say…

One of my buddies showed me his “new” rusty beast. Oldsmobile-49, which have been old taxi after the war in one small village.
He bought it from the barn and fixed “top notch” only the bodywork has left to the as it is.
It’s really big trend around in the Europe, to have a rusty car.

*gears in my head started the motion…

Artists like me, we have common thing which is called “inspiration” you’ve have it too, trust me.

Think about this:
“Have you ever found yourself in situation, where you just like that organized some random closet, or cleaned and vacuumed the car etc.. just like that!
Feels like a lightning from the clear sky and it’s done.”

Well there it is, inspiration as purest form. You just have to channel it to somewhere.

After seeing the car, immediately got inspired for the photo session.

Mind running wild:
Rust, no colors, lots of colors, tags, graffiti, summer, Barbie, skulls, Harley Quinn, smoke bombs..

So I asked the date for the shootout and booked the model.

There was about month before the session, so I had time to find out the perfect locations and boy I found many.

Still the absolute best spot was the old abandoned hospital, which has been decorated by the street artists.

There was also great place at the old train station, but the street artists haven’t found it yet, only the Satanist have.

Picked up the place and waited for the perfect day.

Photo session like this, well they get lots of nosy people excited, and I’m not sure was it before or after of those illegal smoke bombs when the Police showed up.

But no worries, I’m a people person and we had the permission to continue.

Some old granny had seen ugly, not normal looking car and not normal looking people at not normal looking place, doing something not normal.

Yup, the setup was great and we looked F*KING AWESOME!

Old timers don’t understand sessions like these, and when tattooed people gather around, it automatically means crimes and drug trafficking.

Anyhow, the session was absolutely successful and next session is already booked for the autumn.

We need the darkness and moon for the next session.

I have always loved to take pictures and I have spectacular eye for the different angles and styles.
I haven’t never even thought about photography for the living, but so many has told me that I have the talent for seeing things differently, artistic way.

Everything I have learned about the photograph theory comes from the books, and editing also.

I do have about four books on my shelf and there is so many things to learn, but I’m getting there slowly.

Also, heard about courses for camera settings… might even take few.

It was about three hours and we were ready.
This kind of session will boost your inspiration to the maximum, but there have to be shitton of merch and inspiring stuff around.

I had bombs, baseball bats, knives, skulls, shades, wigs etc..

All I’m saying, there has to be “fuel for the fire”

If you ever are interested by this kind of session, I highly recommend you to release your inner mad person.
Just go and do it, no matter if you’ll get stopped by someone… just keep going, don’t give up.
After all, it’s your inspiration!

With right moment and right timing, everything is possible if you just have the faith in you.
