Like I thought, it’s not easy to say only one.
Let’s narrow it little bit. My favorite recipes in baking are: blueberry pie and strawberry pie.

Like Dean Winchester said: “Sometimes, you have to make a difficult choice. Other times, you should just eat both pieces of pie..”

Sadly I don’t have touching story about, how my grandmother or mother showed me how to make perfect pie.
No, I had to learn by mistakes.
Few of those early pies were epic fails, but I’ve learned fast.

These days my pies still looks like a mess, but the taste is spot on.

I can also say it out loud: “It’s my god damn recipe!”

I’m still on the journey to find the perfect recipe of the perfect pie.

Once I tried apple pie and that did not went well, don’t know what I did wrong, but it tasted like rubber.
