Is this a question where the answer should be rock climbing…Or yoga..?

What things give you energy?

Okay, then count me out of this.. 

I don’t climb on rocks, I don’t do Yoga and I don’t even jump with parachute… (unless in emergency)

I could say healthy food, going to the gym, hiking and running.
Friends, family, dream job and being intoxicated by life.

Nah, there is more boring solution.

When I need my energy levels up, I’m playing guitar.
I read a book, draw something or just play few hours PlayStation.

I really don’t need fancy breathing exercises or heavy spinning lesson, I don’t even have to go outdoors.

I have everything I need in my spot.

Oh and there is one ancient way I use, it’s called:
Rum!
Rum is excellent drink and only way of taking that good energy is liquid form, have to be careful tho…

Just like my spirit animal “Jack Sparrow” said: “Why is the Rum gone?”

Relax, it’s great way if you are not alcoholic. If you are, don’t try it… it messes your 12-step program.

Did I mention music yet?
Well that’s another story, but music also brings my energy levels up.
